Software pricing has a way of getting complicated. A low headline price, then a fee per user, then texting as an add-on, then a higher tier to get the feature you actually needed. For a window cleaning company watching every dollar, it is worth knowing exactly what you will pay before you start. Here is WindowBossPro's pricing laid out plainly.

Never Billed per User

The biggest difference from a lot of field-service software is how users are counted. WindowBossPro never bills per user. Techs on the tech app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses. The office user limits on Start and Pro apply to people working in the office screen, not to the crew in the field.

That matters for window cleaning, where crews grow in the spring and shrink in the winter. Adding a seasonal tech for three months should not raise your software bill. With WindowBossPro it does not.

Which Plan Fits Your Company

One van, owner does the office: Start. You get every core feature, one van on the dispatch board and up to two office logins — enough for the owner and a spouse or part-time helper.

Two vans, or you want billing automation: Pro. A common shape is one van on residential and one on a storefront route. Pro adds the billing automation and full set of automated alerts that save the most office time as the customer list grows.

Three or more vans, or several office staff: Crew. No limits on vans or office users, and the largest text allowance.

How to Think About the Cost

The easiest way to judge software pricing is against your own time and your own prices. If you charge a homeowner a few hundred dollars for a 2-story inside-and-outside cleaning, or $45 a month for a storefront, the Start plan costs about what one or two jobs bring in.
